A wide spread is not a price gap. A ฿200 rapid antibody strip and a ฿3,500 PCR are both sold as an “HIV test”, so open the test to compare like with like.
What the price lists don't tell you
Clinics sell these tests by a number: 7, 11, 14, 15, 28. That number counts organisms, not infections. Between 18% and 67% of each list is something other than an STI.
