Bangkok · one assay, four clinics
Four Bangkok clinics sell a PCR panel advertised as 15 sexually transmitted infections. Their published lists are identical, so it is one commercial assay resold. It costs between ฿2,500 and ฿4,500 depending where you buy it.
It does not test for HIV. This is a swab-based PCR panel. HIV, hepatitis and HPV are not on it, and none of the four clinics says so on the page selling it.
If you are testing after a specific exposure and HIV is your concern, this panel does not answer that question. It needs a separate blood test, priced separately. Two of the four clinics publish what that costs; the other two do not.

Just over half the count is infections. The other seven are organisms most healthy people carry. They matter if you have symptoms of thrush or bacterial vaginosis, and they pad the headline number if you do not.

Do not read the last column as a ranking. Pribta's ฿2,500 is a lab fee that excludes the doctor's consultation, and PSK does not say whether its ฿4,500 includes one. A consultation can close a gap this size on its own.
The two HIV tests are also different products. Pribta's ฿300 is an antibody test; PSK's ฿1,000 is a 4th-generation test, which detects infection earlier. Paying more buys a shorter window period, not just a bigger bill.
Every figure traces to a page
Each clinic's published organism list was matched against a dictionary of 34 organisms covering Latin names, English names and Thai terms. A panel counts as verified only when the organisms actually listed equal the number advertised. All four lists resolved to the same 15 organisms in the same order, which is why they can be compared on price at all.
